I do like both the Telegram and Discord clients. I use both myself.

I use Discord, some really good programming and AI communities are in it.

But I use it in a container tab in FF. I have uBlock Origin installed.

I don't trust the electron client to respect my privacy.

I did not join them just for joining them. I am a Racket enthusiast, and the Racket community on Discord is really nice.
